Bailey & Beach Foundation, Inc

The most mentored. The least sponsored.

We’re changing that.

Closing the advocacy gap through body, mind and capability alignment,
mobilizing the power already within her.

Mentorship can guide a career.

Sponsorship can move it.

Mentors advise. Sponsors spend brand and social capital bringing others into the rooms with them.

LeanIn.Org, Women in the Workplace 2025

To sponsor, accelerate, and advance the careers of Black and Brown women.

OUR MISSION

We expand access to executive education, identify and nurture meaningful connections, and cultivate curated communities and experiences that create lasting pathways to leadership opportunities.

THE VISION →

As an homage to the inspiration behind our name, our signature K.Y.M.B.E.R.L.Y retreat is one intentional day with ten to twelve women. It moves from knowing her worth to codifying her legacy and she leaves connected to a community that keeps going.

A day that spells her name.

The K.Y.M.B.E.R.L.Y. program

Career Advancement

Rising to lead inside organizations.

WHAT SHE LEAVES AT THE DOOR

‍No phones. No laptops. No inbox.

We hand her a notebook and a pen. The day is spent in community and in real conversation, with her own honest answer to what she wants next. She goes back to work with her cup filled up, and seeing her future and horizon differently.

Designing experiences that are investments in creating impact and influencing leadership.

THEORY OF CHANGE

‍The Vision

A future where organizations recognize Black and Brown women’s value, invest in their growth, and invite them to lead — and where a woman has the same force of advocacy behind her.

‍If We…

Intentionally invest in Black and Brown women — expanding their networks, strengthening their leadership capability, connecting them with sponsors and advocates, and increasing access to career-defining opportunities and to capital, customers, and connections.

‍Then…

More Black and Brown women will advance into positions of influence, assume leadership roles across industries, launch and grow thriving businesses, build lasting professional networks, and experience greater economic mobility.

‍Ultimately…

Organizations benefit from more diverse leadership, communities gain stronger advocates and business owners who build wealth where they live, and future generations inherit workplaces where opportunity is earned through talent and not proximity to power.
